Open the \u201cChecklists\u201d screen<\/h3>\n<p>Checklists are created and shared <strong>per project<\/strong>.<br \/>\nFrom the <strong>Project<\/strong> menu, click <strong>Feedback<\/strong>, then click <strong>Checklists<\/strong> (<span style=\"color: red;\">\u203b1<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monji.tech\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/support-media\/checklist-img-01-en.jpg?20260817\" alt=\"Open the Checklists screen from the Project menu\" width=\"1024\" style=\"max-width: 700px; width: 100%; height: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mt-10\">2. Add a checklist item<\/h3>\n<p>Click <strong>Create new<\/strong> (<span style=\"color: red;\">\u203b2<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monji.tech\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/support-media\/checklist-img-02-en.jpg?20260817\" alt=\"The checklist list and the Create new button\" width=\"1024\" style=\"max-width: 700px; width: 100%; height: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"mt-10\">\n<p>A new row is added at the top of the list, where you can type the <strong>Checklist item Name<\/strong> (<span style=\"color: red;\">\u203b3<\/span>) right away.<\/p>\n<p>Press <strong>Enter<\/strong>, or click outside the field, to save it. There is no <strong>Save<\/strong> button to click.<\/p>\n<p>Next, click the <strong>Details<\/strong> cell (<span style=\"color: red;\">\u203b4<\/span>) in the same row to enter the checklist item details. Edit a checklist item<\/h3>\n<p>To edit an existing item, click its <strong>Name<\/strong> or <strong>Details<\/strong> in the list (<span style=\"color: red;\">\u203b5<\/span>) and edit it in place.<\/p>\n<p>Press <strong>Enter<\/strong>, or click outside the field, to save it.<br \/>\nPress <strong>Esc<\/strong> to discard your changes.<br \/>\nTo add a line break in <strong>Details<\/strong>, press <strong>Shift<\/strong> + <strong>Enter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monji.tech\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/support-media\/checklist-img-04-en.jpg?20260817\" alt=\"Clicking a name in the list to edit it in place\" width=\"1024\" style=\"max-width: 700px; width: 100%; height: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mt-10\">4. Delete checklist items<\/h3>\n<p>Select the checkboxes of the items you want to delete (<span style=\"color: red;\">\u203b6<\/span>).<br \/>\n<strong>2 items selected<\/strong> and <strong>Delete all<\/strong> then appear above the list.<\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>Delete all<\/strong>, then click <strong>Delete<\/strong> in the confirmation dialog to delete the selected items at once.<br \/>\nClick the checkbox in the header row to select every item currently shown.<\/p>\n<p>To delete a single item, point at its row and click the trash icon on the right.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monji.tech\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/support-media\/checklist-img-07-en.jpg?20260817\" alt=\"Selecting checklist items and deleting them at once\" width=\"1024\" style=\"max-width: 700px; width: 100%; height: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"mt-10\">\n<p>\u203b Creating, editing, and deleting checklist items is available to project <strong>Members<\/strong> only. <strong>Guests<\/strong> can view checklists.<br \/>\n\u203b Deleted items are also removed from the checklists of feedback.<br \/>\n\u203b <strong>Checklist item Name<\/strong> can be up to 120 characters, and <strong>Checklist item Details<\/strong> up to 250 characters.<br \/>\n\u203b Checklists are available on all plans.<br \/>\n\u203b The list shows the 20 most recently created items. Scroll down to load more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>How to Use<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Show the checklist<\/h3>\n<p>Registered checklists can be used in the <strong>Feedback Edit<\/strong> screen.<br \/>\nClick the <strong>Checklist<\/strong> icon (<span style=\"color: red;\">\u203b7<\/span>) in the toolbar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monji.tech\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/support-media\/checklist-img-05-en.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" style=\"max-width: 700px; width: 100%; height: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>2.
