An AI client can only read information you can already view in MONJI+.
Anything you cannot open in MONJI+ cannot be read through an AI client either.
Check the following in order.
●The connection is not complete
Adding MONJI+ to your AI client does not finish the connection.
Nothing can be read until you click Allow on the “Review and allow” screen that opens in your browser.
To check, open “Account Settings” from your account page and look at “Connected clients” on the “AI connectors” screen.

●You are not on the project
It cannot be read unless you are a member or guest on the project.
Join the project and you will be able to read it.
●Your role is not allowed to use AI integration
By default only administrators can use it.
To use it as a member or guest, ask a team administrator to turn the permission on.

●The information has viewing restrictions
When specific users are set as viewers, a user who is not one of them cannot read it through an AI client either.
Information only its creator can view can only be read by that user.
●You left the team or project
Once you leave a team or project, its information can no longer be read.
(The AI client itself stays connected.)
●Feedback whose Free-plan viewing period has passed
On the Free plan, feedback can be viewed and edited for 30 days after it is created.
Once that period passes, the feedback can neither be viewed in MONJI+ nor read through an AI client.
