Can Guests see other Projects?

Guests get only the invited scope shared with them — less worry about unrelated Projects or internal information being visible.

Can I invite a client as a Guest?

You can invite clients and outside partners as Guests and share only the review or feedback they need.

Can I change the Member/Guest
split later?

When involvement changes, you can revisit who joins as a Member or a Guest anytime.
Note that changing someone from a Member to a Guest requires them to leave the Team once first.

Can I restrict information
I don't want outside people to see?

You can share only the needed scope with Guests, keeping internal information and other jobs separate.

Can I limit which Projects
a specific Member can view?

Members join every Project in their Team, so you can't restrict a Member from viewing a specific Project.
If you want someone involved in only some Projects, invite them as a Guest instead.

How do I invite
Members and Guests?

Just enter the email address of the person you want to invite from the admin screen.
Members are invited to the Team, and Guests to the Project you specify.
