From Tuesday, September 1, 2026, we're changing how due-date reminder emails work. Reminders go to the assignee, and the email itself is easier to scan.
Reminders go to the assignee
- Until now: sent to both the creator and the assignee
- From September 1: sent to the assignee
Creators can still check progress from the feedback list, as before.
The email itself is clearer
- The subject line shows how many items need attention
- The body is split into "due soon" and "past due"
- Each item shows its state — "Due today", "1 day late", and so on
- A "How to set the progress to Completed" button links to the steps
Please check your assignees
Feedback with no assignee will not trigger a reminder, including feedback you've already created.
If a piece of feedback has a due date, please review its assignee too. See creating and sending feedback for how assignees are chosen.
Email delivery settings
Email delivery on/off: "Team settings" > "Feedback reminder email"
Note that this delivery setting applies to the whole team, not to individual members.
