In connection with the launch of MONJI+’s AI integration features, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), and to prepare for future feature enhancements, we are updating our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and related legal, privacy, integration, and security documents.
Key Updates
The main changes include:
- Clarification of the terms, authentication and authorization, permissions, and access controls applicable to AI/MCP integrations
- Clarification of how information is handled when MONJI+ is connected to AI clients and other external services
- Updates to address current read access and potential future Write Operations through AI integration features
- Updates to our handling of personal information, external services, cookies, browser transmissions, and privacy rights
- Updates to the Data Processing Addendum and Restricted Regions framework
- Updates to California and other applicable privacy-rights information
- Updates to third-party service, API, and AI integration notices
- Updates to vulnerability reporting and security-research rules, including AI/MCP-related security research
- Other revisions to reflect MONJI+’s current functionality and operational practices

No separate acceptance procedure, settings change, or other special action is required in connection with this update.
However, we ask that you review the updated documents and the changes described above.
We will continue working to provide a secure and reliable MONJI+ service while developing features that make website operations and collaboration with AI more effective.
