In MONJI+, you can now change feedback status independently of whether individual comments have been checked off.
Choose from Not started, In progress, Review, and Completed to match where things actually stand. With this update, you can change the status freely to match your team's decisions and workflow.
Track real progress, not just comment completion
Previously, once every comment in a feedback item was checked off, the status of the whole feedback switched to Completed automatically. That meant feedback couldn't be marked Completed while even one comment remained unchecked. With this update, comment completion and overall feedback status are now managed independently. Checking off every comment no longer changes the status to Completed automatically — set it to Completed when your team decides the work is done.
This comes in handy when:
- Fixes are done and you're waiting for a review — Switch to Review to let your team know it's ready to check
- Some comments won't be addressed — Mark the feedback Completed once your team is done with it, even if some comments are still unchecked
- More work is needed after completion — Switch to In progress to show it needs attention again
Change it from the list or the view screen
You can change the status from both the feedback list and the view screen. In the list view, you can also change the status of multiple feedback items at once. When you check off comments on the view screen, MONJI+ may also suggest a status based on the updated progress. You can choose whether to apply the suggestion.
For details, see Managing feedback progress (comment checks and changing the status).
Find feedback that needs your attention
Because status now reflects actual progress, filtering by status is more useful than ever. Filter by In progress to see change requests being worked on, or by Review to find feedback that needs checking, and stay focused on what matters now.
We'll keep improving MONJI+ to make everyday WebOps easier.
